Our inspection will include over 600 touch points within 25 different categories. We will inspect all of the RV systems and their operation. We will report our findings in an unbiased, professional report usually exceeding 60 pages of details on the RV in question. We will identify concerns in one of four categories; Life Safety, Minor, Major and simple notes. This premier level inspection will also include between 80 and 120 pictures with captions.
If you have found an RV within (near) our service area, and you live far away, but you want a third party opinion...this is for you. We will travel to the RV and have a look at, check for smells, try things out, give it a quick "once-over," have the seller take us on a test drive (if motorized) and then talk with you on the phone about our findings. Sometimes you just want someone other than the dealer (seller) telling you about the RV.
Fluid testing (lubricants and coolants) is an economical way to find out what’s going on inside your engine, generator, or transmission, without disassembly. A comprehensive fluids analysis is offered as an add-on to our standard motorhome inspection. It is also recommended for towables to have the generator lubricant/coolant analyzed (if equipped). The fluids that may be analyzed are the engine oil, engine coolant, transmission fluid, as well as the generator oil and generator coolant.
In these times, safety and security are paramount. We want to ensure we protect the ones we love & our belongings. A few items and their location or the way they are placed on an RV are important. With a background in Physical Security Applications, we can consult on the best security measures for your particular RV. We can even install the appropriate hardware and equipment. Sometimes all you need is a phone consultation for the DIYer.

You should have your A/C system cleaned and inspected at least once per year. We will come to your RV and run a variety of tests on the efficiency of the A/C, as well as clean and service the roof unit(s). This service includes cleaning and/or replacing the return air filter(s); checking for unobstructed return vents and ducting; ensuring the return side area is sealed completely; cleaning and inspecting the evaporator and condenser fans and coils/fins; and vacuuming out the A/C housing.
Each additional Roof Unit is $50
This inspection will look for safety hazards in your current RV or in a new-purchase RV. We will pressure test the propane system, including the furnace, refrigerator, and stove for leaks. We will test the electrical system buss, fuse, and circuit breaker panels, as well as all wall outlets and GFCI outlets for correct polarity and grounding. We will also perform a "hot-skin test" on the exterior of the RV, which can cause deadly electrical shock. Finally, we will test all life-safety detectors.
